‘At HJ-Energi, we work to make buildings function as they were intended. In other words, we are the ones who come in when the building is not working and conflicts arise. We use RoomAlyzer to verify that the systems in buildings are running properly. It’s accurate enough to show us the trend, so it’s a control instrument for us.

We often find that the installations installed in buildings to control heating, ventilation and cooling are not regulated correctly and that the sensors that control them are inappropriately placed. This results in both expensive and inappropriate operation. With the RoomAlyzer system, we can document this to suppliers on behalf of our customers and create a better operation.

We also use RoomAlyzer MINI, which we have installed in the insulation layer in walls to monitor the development of moisture and mould risk. Again, it allows us to follow the development so we can document the problems that exist and move on to solving them.
